Our management fee is 20% of rental income. We’ll give you a free revenue estimate for your home before you sign anything.
Once a management agreement is signed, we can have your listing live in as little as one week. Most homes start getting inquiries and bookings shortly after going live, though timing varies by season. If your home still needs a VHR permit, plan on about a month for the permit first.
We provide proactive communication, professional housekeeping, detailed house manuals and support before, during and after every stay to earn five-star reviews and repeat guests.
We install noise-sensor monitoring, exterior security cameras and smart locks to protect your home and encourage respectful guest behavior. In South Lake Tahoe residential areas, indoor noise and outdoor video monitoring are required by the city, and we set them up for you.
We coordinate repairs, and guests pay for damage protection insurance when they book, so you’re covered if a guest damages the property.
